You may not recognise some of them, as they range from ones looked at in Foundation 1 to Year 6.
Have a go and practise the ones you remember - make sure you do them carefully and concentrate on your breathing.
Self-care is an important part of looking after yourself and others. Here are some tips for children, although adults can also use them too!
The video can be carried out on any day, even though it mentions doing it on a Sunday. Please ask a parent/carer before watching.
