Wellbeing and ELSA

At Well Lane the wellbeing of our school community is at the heart of everything we do. 
On this page you will find website links and activities that will support wellbeing.  
With the return of all pupils on March 8th, they and you may have concerns.
Here are some ideas to help ease the transition back to school. We look forward to having you all back soon!
Think carefully about what calms you 'chills you out, makes you excited 'energises you' and positives about yourself 'check me out'. Then either print and write them on the plant's leaves or create a poster all about it. Look at the resource below (jpg) to help.
The PowerPoint (ppt) below that is a calendar for March with different activities for each day, many of which are linked to returning to school.
Here are some meditations you may find helpful. Please ask a parent/carer before watching them.
